Heb 11:1-3 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Here we lay it all out... spreading it out thin... until all can come to an understanding of what they hold as they retain a profession of faith. We teach the character of faith as it serves to fill the void in those who must operate it.

Faith is the explanation of the reality of the Spiritual dimension of life, and how our walk interacts with its attributes daily.

It is a substance; the valid proof of the existence of domineering forces, and how to necessarily operate with these forces to our advantage.

The expression of our faith through our words, provides a valid instrument of transaction in spiritual commerce.
Let us talk as we walk and daily cover the distance.

THE CHARACTER OF FAITH

Faith is THE SUBSTANCE of things hoped for... A SUBSTANCE is that of which a thing consists. If faith therefore is the substance and of hope, then faith becomes the reality of hope. Faith then is the content of Hope. It is an evidence of that which is not seen. In company with hope, faith operates the future... it offers confidence about that which the future holds. With the knowledge of God's word, faith offers a undisputable understanding of what is achievable as it provides information on what was achieved in the past. Faith however is always in the present tense. It is a now substance and a now evidence.

Faith is a veritable instrument for achieving supernatural feats. The elders - ( presbyters, Sanhedrist, seniors) obtained a good report. Faith therefore is the only legal access to Good reports. this suggests that GOOD REPORTS are not thrown at whosoever wills... it is obtained. To obtain is to have, to hold and or to receive by effort, to gain possession.

Faith tells us that good reports are obtainable - with effort. Faith tells us that we must move from passivity to spirit led activity in other for good reports to be achievable or obtainable. Wherever there is a bad report, A good one is obtainable in the place. Technically, there are two reports to every situation and every issue. The Bad report is what everyone seem to be used to. However, those who seek to distinguish themselves and those who wish to achieve change, have to deliberately think and act differently.

The essential problem with our walk in faith is that we have not allowed our faith to affect or consumately influence our lives. Faith is a lifestyle... not a time - release dose of motivation for specific circumstances where the normal approach has failed. FAITH SHOULD BE THE NORMAL APPROACH OF THE BELEIVER. Faith should be the normal / home environment of the believer.

Romans 1:17 ... the just shall live by faith. Faith offers an understanding of the past, while building confidence and courage about the transient present and guarantees the promise of tomorrow.

Faith is the volume of explanation of the way God works; or how his Kingdom operates.
The Kingdom of God operates in faith and power. There is an understanding that is by faith; and there is an understanding that is by knowledge. The Understanding of faith is predicated on spiritually informed acceptance and belief, while the understanding that is by knowledge is predicated on individual quest and the futility of carnal knowledge. Faith offers us a valid understanding of a very rich aspect of the word of God. It is the instrument by which God framed the worlds - age, time, seasons and dispensations.
Faith tells us that the word of the Lord is the body resource that the things that are seen possess in other for them to appear on the earth. the raw material for all that we see today is the invisible world... or that which so not appear to us all. The fact that they do not appear is not enough to say that they are inexistent... it simply means that these things have not been embodied by the word of God. - Just as God spoke "and there was " during creation, all of that creative principle and capacity is still inherent in the word of God. Whatever the word of God frames is granted access to be in our world. To frame is to define, to boarder, to put together, to embelish and beautify...
